Payroll Giving

Payroll Giving is a simple way for you to 'help us chase the clouds away' for the families of seriously ill children from all over the South Island.

All you have to do is agree to make a donation from every pay packet. You probably won’t even notice it has gone but when many people give a payroll giving the contribution to Ronald McDonald House South Island is significant.

How does Payroll Giving work?
To become a Payroll Giving donor, simply download a printer friendly version of the pledge form, complete the details and give it to the person who organises your wages. You decide whether you want to donate a dollar per pay packet, a buck per week, or more. It's up to you and every little bit helps!

Payroll Giving donors receive:

  • The satisfaction that comes from knowing you are helping South Island families in a time of need
  • A letter of thanks and Payroll Giving pack from Ronald McDonald House South Island, including a Ronald McDonald House badge
  • Copies of the Ronald McDonald House South Island newsletter, printed quarterly, to keep you up to date with happenings
  • A tax deductible receipt at the end of each financial year

What are Payroll Giving donations used for?
Providing support and accommodation to the families who visit Ronald McDonald House South Island will cost nearly $1,000,000 over the next 12 months.

If everyone gave through Payroll Giving think what we could do!
