Our Families
One of the guiding forces that keep Ronald McDonald South Island staff, volunteers and Board members focused on our mission is that whilst we cannot change the medical outcome, we can change the way families cope with it.
With this sentiment in mind we remain committed to providing a warm and welcoming 'home away from home' for the families that need to stay with us. By having a place of refuge away from the clinical environment of the hospital, we witness families being able to get through each day just that little bit easier.
